Story

Hi! I'm Rachelle - I like to create things. I am a  photographer, graphic designer and self-taught glass artist. I'm based in the scenic province of Nova Scotia, Canada.

I started working with glass back in 2014 because I wanted custom geometric centrepieces for our wedding. I fell in love with it and friends and family wanted to order my pieces. Since then my hobby has turned into a small business.

My pieces reflect my love for minimalism and geometric shapes. There is something so satisfying about putting these simple shapes together to form beautiful sculptures! I'm also inspired by my love of plants, the landscape around me and travel.

All of the clear glass I use comes from old windows and greenhouses which are gathered from around Nova Scotia, Canada. The glass is repurposed and given new life in the creation of my work.

I enjoy playing with different colours, textures and transparencies in my work. There are so many different methods to glass working and I wish to explore different ways to push the craft and expand my knowledge.
