Stained Glass Citrus Slices

These Citrus Slices were made to bring fresh and colourful vibes to your window. I was Inspired by dried fruit garlands that act as natural suncatchers and wanted to bring the beauty of this traditional craft to the stained glass medium.

Each Citrus slice has both fused glass (the inner circle with seeds) and stained glass techniques.

Care Instructions:
Clean by wiping down with microfiber cloth. Do not use chemicals to clean as it may affect the patina. Be careful not to scratch the seams as this can mark and affect the patina. The solder seams can be polished with a finishing compound or polishing wax. Make sure to test on a small area that is not very visible before doing the whole thing to ensure the best results.

Hang your piece securely from a sturdy hook that has been screwed into a secure material. Suction cups are not recommended.

Please note that solder is used which contains lead. Lead is only harmful if inhaled or ingested. Wash hands after handling as a precaution.
